We only stayed at the hospital one night, and were ready to go home. We figured we could get better sleep at home, without so many interruptions. Here we are all ready to head home.
The next day was Sunday, but I was definately sleeping in! We hear the church was VERY happy to hear the news, for those who hadn't seen the marqee announcing or the sign in the side yard. We received flowers from the altar at church, from the district, and from the whole church. Pink was sure the color of the day!
Sunday afternoon we had more visitors. Aunt Emily and Uncle Justin came to greet Maria. Aunt Emily was expecting herself in June. Going from no grandkids to two in a few months has made the Saunders grandparents overjoyed.
We have plenty to praise God for; a wonderful family to welcome Maria into.
